DELVERY INFORMATION

• The date of delivery is provisional as it is shipped through third party courier partners.
•  We try to get the gift delivered close to the provided date however, your gift may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
•  Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
•  The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
•  All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
•  Soon after the order has been dispatched, you shall receive a tracking number to trace your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Remove the filler and hand wash the cover, using a mild detergent. You can also get it dry cleaned.
•  Never put it in a washing machine.
•  It should be allowed to air dry outside.
•  Iron inside out.
